Session Options

Free Initial Consultation

I'm always happy to have a general discussion about your needs and address any questions you may have. Schedule your 20-minute consult here.

Relationship Therapy

I recommend starting relationship therapy with an intake session for 110 minutes, and a 50-minute individual session with each of you. After the intake process, ongoing sessions are usually 80 minutes. Typically, we will meet weekly or every other week. The length and duration of therapy vary depending on you. Some people prefer shorter-term therapy relationships to achieve their goals within a 4-6 months, and some consider therapy as an ongoing process.

Clinical Supervision

I provide a nurturing environment where your skills can flourish and let your confidence soar. Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting out, my tailored approach ensures your unique needs are met. Collaborate to gain invaluable insights, refine your techniques, and navigate challenges with clarity and assurance. Elevate your practice today with clinical supervision support.

Phone Appointments

Phone calls extending past 10 minutes will be charged at the relevant hourly rate in quarter hour increments.

Insurance & Payment

Insurance

At this time I do not bill insurance, but I can provide you with a statement for you to submit to your insurance agency for out-of-network coverage. Please discuss with your insurance company. Note that couples counseling is often not covered by insurance.

Payment

I prefer payment with a credit card via SimplePractice Client Portal.

Pets

My service dog, Avie, usually attends therapy with me. She is a 3 year old, 6 lb Pomadoodle. Also pictured are Roly, is an ~11 year old, 6 lb Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix, and Lena, our Calico cat who will wander in to the camper. Blaze, our big guy in the picture, hated the city and is now lovin life as a lifestock guardian in Kent.

Why Wingdance?

Being named for a bird, I have been captivated by all winged beings for all of my life. Birds, especially raptors; most bugs (ugh palmetto bugs); butterflies (moths are a bit creepy); angels and fairies… I love them all. Some of my earliest memories include enviously watching seagulls soar in the winds over the Puget Sound.

If wings cannot literally lift me, dancing does. I have participated in partner and freestyle dancing since my youngest days standing on my father’s feet. Music and movement are a large part of my life and lift my spirit.

Impossible to get them all looking at the camera! Avie, Roly, Blaze, and Lena in my attempt at a holiday picture.
